This place has the best deep dish pizza and the service was amazing. The new spinach pizza is one of the best I've had and I've been here 2 times now in last week with family and they have delicious food and amazing service . Also the atmosphere with the 80's feel is definitely unique. You want best pizza in town and around you definitely got to make this a part of your rotation for eating out you will thank me later!!

At first you think expensive and overpriced but once you stick around, enjoy the aesthetic, enjoy the welcoming staff. You realize your getting a deal. Especially when the large Spinoccoli can feed three people.

After going to the community center for a marine performance of Moulin Rouge my girlfriend and I enjoyed an incredible dinner of caeser salad, garlic cheese bread, and deep dish pies and a couple drinks. We couldn’t make up our minds so ordered two small pies and barely made a dent in them because they are SO deliciously filling! The atmosphere was great, service was spectacular. As we were getting ready to leave Beau, the new owner came and introduced himself. I haven’t been in years but the ambiance and friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. As always, I highly recommend Zelda’s!

We came ever so close to losing Zelda's after covid. When Zelda passed, the restaurant was kept open by family. Her original pie crust deep dish pizza recipe remained. There was a recent ownership change and to my surprise the pizza recipe remains in tact, and many new food choices were added. Please be aware your pie will take at least 30 minutes to cook, but well worth the wait. Currently they are only open for dinner.

I love this place, had been going here for years then heard the place was shutting down, then I read that they opened back up and so I figured I would go check it out. The pizza is exactly the same as it used to be, the staff was really friendly and had a good sense of humour. I personally miss the Dark atmosphere that the restaurant used to have, but that surely wouldn't keep me from coming back.

Had gone in the past when it was the old owners, was pleasantly surprised that its held true to itself and grown with the neighborhood. Nice intimate spot with amazing service. Basic Cheese 8.2/10, my date ranked it 8.5/10. Natalie our server was great, the owner was very accommodating. Dessert was ok, ice cream from Gunther’s, cheesecake. Will come back again, not a huge deep dish fan but Zelda’s is Classic and some things just don’t go out of style.

This place is just the best you could go to in Sacramento for dinner and late night drinks. Everything is made of great quality ingredients and it feels like being part of the family immediately. Highly recommend. Owner works there every night, together with the bartender they are just the most amazing people to talk to.
